To set them up for success, we send welcome kits containing essential tools: a computer, headset, backsplash, and other accessories needed to serve Intuit’s customers. These kits also include instructions for setting up their workstation and a welcome message from Intuit leadership.

Learnings

In 2021, some experts overlooked the instructional materials. To address this, I collaborated with visual designers to create instructions that looked more functional and distinct, allowing elevated visuals elsewhere to convey Intuit’s brand positioning. In 2022, we made the copy bolder and more engaging, aligning with the excitement of starting a new role. Feedback from experts confirmed the improvement.
